Someone is setting off fireworks. On September 5th. What holiday is it exactly? And where did you get fireworks? And why can't you people just follow the law? It is ILLEGAL to set off fireworks!
They just better be done by the time I go to bed or I'm going to be PISSED!

There were fireworks in our neighborhood last night. Who knows. In Austin, every night is the perfect night for fireworks, evidently.

It's like Ryan's old neighbors. They'd get drunk and set off fireworks at night sometimes. No reason.
And was it even dark yet when you posted this? What is wrong with people?
I suppose the illegality of it doesn't phase some people. I also remember reading a book about a kid who picked up a firecracker that went off in his face and then he had to learn how to work with his guide dog. That scared the snot out of me.
